Mix turmeric, yogurt and honey and make a paste and apply it on the face. After 15-20 minutes, rinse your face thoroughly with cold water. It is good to use this mixture twice a week to get rid of dark skin and retain moisture in the skin.
Care should be taken to drink plenty of water in summer. Water removes toxins from the skin and helps to beautify the skin. It is best to wash your face with cold water occasionally to remove dirt and oil from the skin. These inexpensive ways to protect the skin in hot weather can be followed.
